Linda Holliday, founder and principal consultant at Impact Minnesota, has over 20 years of experience working to improve the way nonprofits, for-profits and public organizations do business. For over a decade, she served as vice president for organizational development at the Initiative Foundation. Prior to that, Linda helped create the Central Minnesota School-to-Career Partnership (now Bridges Workforce Academy) and served as executive director for a local family-serving nonprofit organization.
Linda was a 2010 Archibald Bush Foundation Leadership Fellow and holds a master of public affairs degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She is deeply committed to helping create thriving children, families and communities. Linda is a former board member for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and the Brainerd/Baxter Youth Center aka "The Shop," She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Crossing Arts and WeARE (Advocates for Reproductive Education. She is an adult Kinship Partner and volunteers for several charitable organizations across the state.
